OFM's Model Agency is a Ukrainian full-cycle agency for OnlyFans models. Full cycle means we cover everything except shooting: page registration and verification, profile setup, promotion and traffic, subscriber messaging and the money side.
The agency has been working since 2022. In that time we have launched and manage 220+ pages, and the team has split into four departments, each with its own scope and its own numbers to answer for.
The work is fully remote: a model shoots content on a smartphone for roughly 2–3 hours a day, and everything else happens on our side. No prior experience is needed, and the agency covers launch and promotion costs, so a model pays nothing to start and nothing for training.
How the team is built
A page is never run by one person. We do not publish names or photos of staff — that is the same privacy we promise our models. So here are the roles instead: who does what.
Model manager
Your main point of contact. Sets monthly goals, builds the content plan, answers questions and sorts out anything that goes off plan. Every change to the page goes through them.
Traffic department
Brings subscribers in: paid ads, collaborations, promo accounts on social media. Tracks what each subscriber costs and shifts budget between sources. This is the part the agency pays for out of its own pocket.
Chat team
Talks to subscribers in DMs, in shifts, around the clock, mostly in English. Most sales on the platform happen in private messages, which is why shifts stay covered through the night in your time zone.
Content managers
Sort the footage, assemble posts and mass messages, keep the publishing schedule and suggest what to shoot next — based on the page stats rather than on a hunch.
How we work with a model
The split is simple: shooting is on the model, everything else is on the agency. Here is where the line runs.

- Staying in touch with the manager: feedback on the plan, own ideas and requests
- Deciding what goes public and what does not — boundaries are agreed before launch
Straight talk about money: the model receives 20–30% of the page gross balance, and the exact share depends on the working plan, the niche and the size of the team behind the page. The rest goes back into the page itself: ads, traffic, round-the-clock chat shifts, management. The model never puts in her own money, and the agency only earns when the page earns — so reinvesting into its growth is in our own interest.
Privacy
Working under a stage name
The page runs under a working name. Your legal name is only needed by the platform itself for age verification and is never shown publicly.
Geo settings on the page
The page can be blocked in your country and neighbouring ones so that friends and neighbours never find it. It does not cost you income: the paying audience comes from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
You decide what gets published
Formats and boundaries are agreed before launch and written into the content plan. Nothing goes out by default.

Only the team that will run your page sees your application. We do not publish model stories, chat screenshots or named statistics — you will not find a single example of that on this site.
What we do not do
We do not name a figure upfront
Before a page is live, nobody can forecast it honestly. The ranges you see in our vacancies are a reference point from pages already running, not a promise made to one specific person.
We take no upfront payment
Not for the application, not for training, not for promotion. Everything a launch needs is paid by the agency; we take no money from a model at any stage.
We do not hold anyone by force
There is no paperwork on the way in, so there is none on the way out either. You can stop working with us whenever you want — just tell your manager.
We do not work with minors
18+ only. Age is verified by the platform itself against an ID document, with no exceptions.
